2. Delivery & Site Access
Site access must accommodate minimum truck width (12 ft clear motorable road). Drivers reserve the right to offload at the nearest safe accessible point if site access roads are blocked or unpaved steep inclines prevent safe entry.
3. Invoicing & GST Compliance
All consignments are issued with authentic Tax Invoices bearing the official GSTIN of P T Store. Input Tax Credit (ITC) data is filed accurately on the GST portal as per mandatory statutory deadlines.
4. Inspection & Returns
Materials must be inspected at the time of delivery before unloading. Damaged cement bags due to transit or defective steel rebars must be marked on the delivery challan immediately. Opened cement bags cannot be returned.
5. Credit & Commercial Terms
